Overview
You have had a Direct Inbound Number (DIN) assigned to you within Playbooks, but calling that number does not connect to your phone. For example, anyone calling your DIN may hear an automated message saying that the merchant is unavailable, instead of being connected directly to you.
Solution
Your Direct Inbound Number has become unassigned from your account. Talk to your manager or admin to get a Direct Inbound Number assigned to your account.
