You may want to know how transfer a call made through Playbooks to another user or phone number (e.g., when using computer-based calling, WebRTC, or your cell phone).
Information
Unfortunately, there is no transferring calls option in Playbooks. This functionality is currently not implemented. An enhancement request has been logged with development for this feature.
Currently, reps can only transfer calls through PBX phones when they are used as agent phones, or if your agent number's phone system supports call transfers; after that, you can mark a call as transferred in Playbooks by clicking the icon in the lower left that looks like a fork in the road.
