Overview
You would like a button to change the call monitoring phone number displayed directly when the below error appears, or have clear instructions shown to click the gear icon for changing settings.
No Phone Detected: Please enter a Phone Number in the Settings field to monitor a call
This is because users, who are new to the Playbooks Manager App, do not know where the settings section is on the Call Monitoring Page. This results in many support cases.
Information
Currently, users have to click the gear/cog icon on the Call Monitoring tab to change the phone number settings.
We have logged an Enhancement Request to make this setting easier to find, as suggested above.
