Overview
You want calls received by a Direct Inbound Number to be forwarded to multiple representatives instead of just one. For example, you may have had a DIN assigned to one rep, but now you want to assign it to two reps.

Create an inbound call path with that DIN and assign a rep queue to the users that you want to receive the phone calls. See Adding Agents to Call Path for more information.
