Overview
If you are using Playbooks pre-recorded voice messages to leave voice mail you might notice that voice mail either doesn't register your pre-recorded voice message at all or registers it with a significant delay.

- Try using a different voice message to record in the same voice mail service.
- Try calling a phone number for a different carrier, to check that it is not voice mail service-specific.
Contact support with the above information if you are still experiencing the same issue.
