Activity History Description Field in Playbooks

Overview

You might want to add a description field to activity history in Playbooks to make pre-call research quicker by avoiding going through the Activity History in CRM and opening individual tasks to see the notes and get the call recording link.

Information

This is not an option right now but has been logged with Engineering and is being considered for future versions.
