Overview

If you would like to prioritize calling your leads based on their open or unattempted status from Salesforce, you might want to sort your Playbooks tasks by those statuses.

Information

Currently, there is no way to filter by SF status, unfortunately. If you filter by 'Todo' this will give you New+ open leads that have tasks due today.

1. Open Playbooks.
2. Click Tasks.
3. Click the Filter (funnel) button at the top-right.
   
4. Select To do in the Status select-box.
   
   
5. Click Apply button.
