Can We Have Prospect's Name Displayed in Call Task Along with the Phone Number?

Overview

You may want to have the name of the contact displayed along with their phone number on the Call Task page so that you know who you are calling without having to look in your CRM.

Information

Unfortunately, this feature is currently not available - only the phone number is displayed on the Call Task page. It has been logged as enhancement and will be considered for future releases.

Currently, to view the name of the prospect, you need to click on the dropdown button next to the phone number:

The name of the prospect will be displayed in the dropdown menu:
