User Stuck When Opening Playbooks - The Screen Is Frozen on the Call Disposition Page

Overview

You are opening Playbooks and the disposition screen is frozen or disappeared; you are stuck and cannot save call log or navigate away from the Call Disposition page - when you click on anything, Playbooks is not accepting any input (the panel is blank, nothing is responding and is not going through).

Note: First, to rule out issues with your browser, try clearing cache and Site Data and refreshing the Playbooks page in Chrome. 

If you are not able to use Playbooks because the screen is frozen, it is possible Playbooks loaded the Call Disposition page but the disposition fields were not loaded correctly because your user is not assigned to a Team within Playbooks. Refer to Can't Disposition a Call for more information. 

After your user has been added to a team, you need to reopen (re-login) your Playbooks Extension and document the last call's result (by selecting a disposition and clicking Save). Then, you will be able to navigate to another screen in Playbooks.
