Overview
You may want to have a report which would confirm that Smart Send is providing real value for for reps on a daily or hourly basis (i.e., to see if there is a significant uplift against manually selecting the time to send emails).

Unfortunately, there is no report to measure efficiency of Smart Send at the moment.
This feature has been logged as enhancement, and there is no ETA at the moment.
