You want to know if there is a way to block people from scheduling a meeting within the current hour (with the schedule meeting link).

With the Calendaring functionality, you can specify the hours that you usually work (Availability/Business Hours Time Range). If you do not want someone to schedule you at a specific time, you can always adjust those settings so they reference what times you would like meetings to occur.

• If you keep your business hours the same, and you want not to be bothered at a certain time frame, you can also schedule an item on your calendar at that time so end customers cannot schedule for that time. 

At the moment, changing the business hours time range and how long the meetings are, are the only options available.

Restricting people from setting meetings within the current hour, (Let's say you want to have at least a one-hour notice prior to the meeting, preventing someone from scheduling a meeting in ten minutes from now, for example) is not possible yet in the Playbooks environment. This feature has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
