Overview
You try to import records into Playbooks from Salesforce, but you are getting the following message as an error:
Note: we were unable to update either the phone or email fields in your CRM for the following records:
- Unknown Name
- Email: (...)
- Phone: (...)
Information
This error appears when you are trying to edit (or overwrite on an import) some accounts' information, but you don't own those account records and you don't have access to edit them (Specifically, access to edit or update accounts that don't belong to you).
To solve this error, confirm with the Salesforce administrator that your Salesforce profile has edit access to the aforementioned records, although you are not the account owner.
It is important to clarify that the Playbooks tool will still allow you to send emails or call those records (prospects).
