If you are enrolling Accounts into Playbooks you might want to mark a primary contact that will show up first in tasks.

Information

Currently, this is not possible, and Playbooks will use the first record in alphabetical order.

If you would like to see this feature going forward we can accept it as a feature request. Please, contact support to submit it.
