Overview

If you are trying to add more records to Playbooks you might notice a warning, while you might think that you are not yet close to the limit:

Only X more records can be added until you've reached Playbooks' limit.

Information

Playbooks are limited to 8000 records, including both leads and accounts. This might happen if you are missing some records type while comparing the warning message count to your filter's count.
