How to Sort Records Based on Close Date Field in Playbooks?

You may want for your team to be able to sort records pulled by a robot based on Close Date, showing the ones with more recent Close Dates first.

Information

You can create a custom sort for your team to sort opportunities or other records by Close Date. Please note that you cannot use date fields to filter objects, i.e. you cannot use them as the CRM Criteria for a custom sort, but you can still use date fields as the Sort By setting.
