Unable to Access the Playbooks Manager App

Overview

You used to have access to the Playbooks Manager application previously but for some reason, you are not able to get into the application anymore (It seems not to recognize your address anymore). You may see a blank page or a blue screen instead of having access to the managerial tools you were expecting to see.

Please note that if a customer already created a ticket with us, you should not ask them to contact their Playbooks Manager administrator. Instead, follow the relevant instructions and assist the customer directly.

1. First, ensure that you are using the correct URL to access Playbooks Manager: https://playbooksmanager.insidesales.com/
   
   
2. Otherwise, when this happens, you have to contact the Playbooks Manager application administrators so they can check if your user belongs to a group that contains the proper permissions to access such an application. They can either change your user to a group with the correct permissions or add the permissions to your current group.

   The name of the permission that allows the user to access all features inside the Playbooks Manager App is Manager App Access.

3. If you apply these steps and your user is still not able to log into the Playbooks Manager application, we recommend you to contact back Playbooks Manager application administrators and ask them to remove you from team you are supposed to belong to and re-add you to the team, by following the Adding Users to Playbooks and Assigning them to Teams KB Article.
