Overview
If you are using Playbooks to send emails to your leads you might notice that excessive spaces, e.g. double spacing, triple spacing is being added to your email communications, which creates an unwanted gap or gaps.
Information
You might need to check your mail service provider settings, depending on which one you have configured, settings affecting excessive spaces will be different. This might be a built-in signature with an excessive space or something else. Please contact your mail service provider to troubleshoot.
