Undeliverable Emails from Salesforce in Playbooks

Overview

If you are sending emails outside Playbooks due to different problems you might receive undelivered emails notifications from Salesforce in Playbooks.

Information

If you are sending emails using 3rd party software extensions for Salesforce, the root cause for the problem is not in  Playbooks. Playbooks will just show bounced back emails received in the mailbox which you have connected in your settings.


This behavior might be caused by a number of reasons, e.g. a misconfigured Salesforce mail relay settings. Contact your CRM/email admins for troubleshooting.
