Overview
Previously, you were able to see more email templates than you can currently see. For example, a week ago you may have seen 8 pages of email templates, but today you can only see 1 page. Or you get a message saying "No templates found". You are wondering why you are no longer able to see all email templates.

Most likely, your admin has changed visibility settings for your permission group. For example, if you have the Edit All Templates permission, you will be able to see all email templates, including those not directly shared with you. If this permission is removed, you will only be able to see the email templates that you have created or that have been shared with you. Talk to your admin for more information.

As a support agent, you may verify that you can see what the customer says they can see by impersonating the user. If you see something different while impersonating the user, then you may have to troubleshoot this issue further.
