Overview
You have many records enrolled in one play, and you want to enroll those records into a different play. You are wondering how you can move records from one play to another.
Information
This can be accomplished through the use of one or more robots. See Creating a Robot for information on how to create a robot. Essentially, you will want to create robots for type of record enrolled in the play (for example, for Leads, Opportunities, Contacts or Accounts). Each robot should have two actions: one to unenroll the record from the old play, and one to enroll the record into the new play.
NOTE: Make sure that all records you want to move are owned by you in Salesforce; you can run a Salesforce report to find such unowned records, then assign your user as an owner of those records. This should allow you to use the Owner ID in the robot.
Make sure to test the robot before enabling it.

As a support agent, you may receive requests from customers to create robots for them. You can do so by impersonating the user and going through the robot creation flow. You will not be able to perform actions such as deactivating the old play, but you should be able to create a robot that the customer can test and enable on their own.
