Overview
You have enrolled Accounts into a Play and have created an automatic email step to be sent to the prospects. But automatic emails are not being sent.
Solution
This issue happens as Account records do not have associated emails - as there may be several Contact records associated with an Account, and emails are associated with Contacts.
To resolve this issue, turn off the original robot (pulling Accounts) and create a robot with that will enroll Contact records and add the following criteria to exclude records with no emails:
'Email' Not Equals <Empty, i.e. leave the field blank>
Additionally, we recommend creating another robot to remove Account records from your Play.
