Is It Possible to Add a Number of Records to a Single Play and Share Them With Someone to Work With?

You may want to add a large number of records (e.g. 100) to a single Play and share them with a team mate to work on these contacts together.

Information

You can enroll a large number of records into a single Play but you will need to split the records between you and your coworker beforehand, as it is not possible to work on the same records together (at the same time).

1. Make sure to share the desired Play with your team mate.
2. Add the records, on which you will work, to the Play yourself, and then ask your team mate to enroll the records, on which they will work, themselves (to the same Play). This can be done by selecting the desired contacts from a List view in your CRM and enrolling them to Playbooks.
