Is It Possible to Mass Remove or Delete Tasks From a Play Based on Specific Criteria?

Overview

You want a way to mass delete tasks associated with a play according to specific criteria (e.g. tasks that are overdue or tasks resulted from failed emails).

Information

It is not currently possible to bulk remove tasks, criteria-based or not. However, you can remove records associated with the required tasks from a Play (manually or via a robot) and add them to another play (which has only the up-to-date tasks). Notes:

• If you are going to create a robot, make sure to specify the filter criteria according to your tasks that you need to remove.
• As Tasks are a sub-part of Plays, if you remove the individuals from the Play, the tasks related to that Play and that individual will also go away. Please note that all other valid tasks linked to the records will also vanish, which is why you need to create a new Play (or ask a Manager to create it) without unnecessary Tasks and then add the prospects to that Play.
