Close out of everything.
Close out of Playbooks (and the whole Google Chrome instance), and Microsoft's Outlook. Then, relaunch it all and try log back in again.
Re-Download the Extension
If you got to this point, you have to Redownload and install again the extension in your Outlook instance and then try to log back in.
