Scroll Bar Is Missing on the Notifications Panel

Overview

Users cannot see the scroll bar in the notifications panel, which makes it difficult to scroll through new notifications.

Information

Please note that this is expected behavior - you need to click anywhere on the Notifications panel or highlight some text in order for the scroll bar to appear.
