If you are an Admin utilizing Playbooks Notifications to monitor open emails and clicks in Salesforce you might be wondering how to enable the same feature for Playbooks.

Playbooks Email Notifications tracking feature is available out of the box and doesn't need to be enabled. Agents can check their notifications under the "Bell" button in Playbooks.
