Overview
You may want to know if it is possible to listen to agent calls in Call Monitor using WebRTC.

This feature is currently not available; it is considered for future releases.
You need to enter your phone number to be able to listen to calls in Call Monitor:
From the Call Monitoring tab in the Playbooks Manager app, click on the Gear icon in the top right corner, then enter your country code and phone number under the Telephone Settings section.
