Overview
If you are experiencing issues with the call quality which are not related to your gear or service provider, you might want to report them to Playbooks Telephony Team for investigation.
Solution
Always try to provide several reports for the same problem. Call quality issues are reported right after the call. While you are on the call follow the steps:
- Click END CALL.
- Click Report Call Quality.
- Select an option in the drop-down menu What was the problem?
- Leave a description of the issue.
- Click SEND.
