You are seeing a lot of Choppy, Garbled, or Static Call Reports for Funding metrics. Or, when making calls from Playbooks, the calls sound choppy or have other call quality issues like static or echoes.

When receiving Choppy, Garbled or Static call reports, you might consider some probable root causes and their solutions.
Bear in mind that this could be a result of the phone carrier if you are using VOIP.
Calling the phone number directly from the Station phone (without using Playbooks) will help you to determine if the issue lies with the phone carrier (if you hear the same symptoms) or if the culprit is indeed a problem with your organization (If you observe different symptoms).
When the problem is tied to the organization, there could be some outcomes like having to troubleshoot this deeply with your IT team, Telephony team, or directly with the carrier, depending on some troubleshooting steps that must be followed to conclude what is the correct path to follow.
