Cannot record a pre-recorded voice message

Overview

You can't record a message to use for pre-recorded voice messages. Playbooks is not ringing your agent number to record the message.

Solution

Your agent leg is stuck in a phone call and needs to be disconnected. See How to Disconnect Your Agent Leg Manually for more information on how to do this.
