Overview
You are experiencing some troubles with inbound calls. You've missed some calls because the phones are not ringing. Also, you are unable to view the inbound call in Playbooks when it happens, if you are working on another screen.
Information
Playbooks itself does not make any noise on inbound calls, it's the reps' phones what should be ringing when a call comes in.
Having that said, follow any of these two approaches, based on the symptoms of your problem:
- If the phones calls are received but the phones are not ringing with inbound calls, you might want to check that there are no issues with the representative's phones rather than Playbooks.
