Overview
You are not seeing a required field in your call disposition, even though you have it clearly listed in settings for your team. When going to disposition a call, your team of representatives is therefore unable to set the required field.
Solution
First, make sure that the team in question has the correct call disposition set selected. See How to change call disposition sets for a Team for more information.
If the correct call disposition set is still not appearing for your team, have your team members log out and log back into the Playbooks extension. This should refresh the extension's data and fetch the correct disposition fields.
