Overview

When you click on the SMS reply notification, you want Playbooks to open the SMS conversation within Playbooks so to avoid clicking the SMS icon and find the right number where the conversation is, manually.

Information

There is no way to configure the SMS Reply notification to open the SMS conversations within Playbooks, by design. However, the feature to Enhancement SMS notification click experience has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
