Calls do not Sync to CRM - Task Sync Report ERROR "Invalid Cross Reference ID"

Overview

You might notice that calls from Playbooks do not appear in your CRM dashboards and reports and if you will check the Task Sync Results report in Playbooks it shows an error:

Information

You will need to escalate this error to your CRM admins.


The error usually means that one of the lookup fields is incorrect for that org or owner ID. It can happen if a production user has been accidentally connected to a sandbox account or for a number of other reasons.
