Overview

You or your rep is trying to make outbound calls from Playbooks, but the call is not connected and the following message is played:

Sorry you're having trouble. Your message has been sent. Please try again later. Goodbye 

Solution

Please try adding the Playbooks number (the number from which Playbooks calls your Agent number; usually, it is 12013450841) as a contact to your softphone or cell phone, which is being used as agent number. Also, you can check the Playbooks number in Incoming/Blocked call logs on your phone.
Alternatively, you can a
sk your carrier to allow incoming calls from the Playbooks number (let them know the time and date of the call attempt to identify the phone number).

As a workaround, you can try using another cell phone as your Agent Number to make calls from Playbooks.
