Overview
You might notice that some leads are repeating their Play steps, so tasks that were completed look like they were not.
Information
There is an open Engineering problem, which requires live examples of such problematic leads. Please leave the record as it is (don't skip it, if it is possible) and contact support with the following information:
- Leadsalesforce ID.
- Email address of the user with this problem.
- Lead screenshot.
Some Reps are having an issue where periodically throughout the day, their task list resets and reloads the same leads back into their queue.

Solution
Escalate issue to Engineering with the information required from customers, according to the routing table. It would be better if this problematic task wouldn't be skipped, if possible, of course. There is a legacy ticket SL-3633 which requires live examples from customers.
