Overview

Users are seeing leads that they don’t expect to see. E.g. “Closed Won”, “Not Interested”, or leads from another Rep. Leads are getting assigned at random. This is affecting multiple users.

Solution

Please raise a support request, so that our team can investigate this issue.

Please include the below information in your support request:

1. Screenshots and reproduction videos of the problem
2. Usernames/emails of affected users

This will help us diagnose the issue quicker.
