Overview
Your team works primarily off of account records and needs Playbooks to be able to recognize a Primary Contact. The Primary Contact should be the default record chosen for phone calls and emails when an account record is enrolled in Playbooks. However, the current behavior is that the first record in alphabetical order is chosen, so contact slated to get a call or email frequently needs to be changed.
Information
Unfortunately, no such functionality exists within Playbooks. However, the feature to change to default a primary contact on an Account has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
