How can I filter the Picklist Values in the Call log?

Overview

While in the in call log, you want to filter picklist values like you do in picklists for Powerdialer. The idea is to pull all values in a picklist with Playbooks, instead of looking at the appropriate set based on a users default record type. This way, users would stop digging through a large number of values that they usually don't see to get to the ones they normally use when logging tasks.

 

Information

Unfortunately, no such functionality exists within Playbooks. However, the feature to change picklist values to record type has been logged as an enhancement and will be considered for future releases.
