Overview
You want to log into Playbooks opening the Playbooks screen, but you don't have the Playbooks tab showing up in Salesforce.

This behavior is likely to be observed when you have some Chrome profile issues. To resolve this you must create a new chrome profile to work from, while your IT department fix your current profile.
