How to Move phone numbers from any platform to Playbooks

Overview

You have a number that is currently being used in PowerDialer (or any other platform) so you want to move it to Playbooks.

 

Information

Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to have the phone number(s) moved to Playbooks. You will need to authorize Playbooks to become the Carrier/ RespOrg for your number. You will have to provide the information described in the Porting Local, International, and Toll Free / RespOrg Phone Numbers to Playbooks KB Article.

Customer Success Managers will submit moving requests to support. Such requests need to be escalated to the SaaS team as described in the routing table, including the customer's information (listed above) provided by the CSM. SaaS team will work with the carrier to move the numbers.

Additionally, include customer's company ID number, and POD (can be checked in the Provision UI Tool if not provided by the CSM).
