Overview
You purchased some additional licenses for additional phone numbers (SMS-Enabled or not) and you need them to be provisioned for your organization.
Information
For this request to be processed, make sure you include the following information while contacting support or your Account Manager:
- The number of SMS-enabled licenses (phone numbers) you bought/ported.
- The number of regular (non-SMS-enabled) licenses (phone numbers) you bought/ported.
- The Area Code for those new numbers.
Once we receive this information, we will be able to escalate this issue to the proper team and you will be contacted back when the task is fulfilled.

Prerequisites
- OrgID and Pod (from Provision UI, according to the access guide)
- The area code for these new numbers, provided by the customer.
Solution
Escalate this request to the SaaS team, according to the routing table to enable these SMS-capable and regular numbers for this customer's environment.
