Users don't have the calendar Icon shown in the Email screen

Overview

As an admin, you haven't figured out why some users do not see the add calendar link button. There is no difference in the settings for these users.

Information

The calendar icon will disappear when the Calendar disconnects from Playbooks. In such a case, make sure your email has already been connected to Playbooks and that you follow the Connecting Calendar to Playbooks article to solve this problem.
