Can We Integrate Playbooks with Zoom Info, DiscoverOrg, Datanize, or Sales Navigator?

You may want to integrate Playbooks with third-party applications (like Zoom Info, DiscoverOrg, Datanize, and Sales Navigator), which you use for lead sourcing and data enrichment, to be able to add contacts and leads directly to Playbooks from these applications.

Unfortunately, you cannot integrate 3rd-party applications like Zoom Info, DiscoverOrg, Datanize, or Sales Navigator with Playbooks. This feature has been logged as enhancement for future releases.

You can only add contacts and leads from your CRM or add them manually (which will create a record in your CRM). For more information, refer to the article Adding Records to Playbooks.
