Overview
All of your company emails are changing to a new domain (e.g. the company was bought by another one) and you may think that to add new users to Playbooks they must have the original domain, which can no longer be used. And you want to know how to change email domain for new users within Playbooks.
Information
Please note that there is no restriction to add new users based on your company email domain.
- To add new users with a new domain, you need to create user accounts with a new domain in your CRM and then add these accounts to Playbooks following the normal process.
- To update emails for existing users, change the email addresses in your CRM and they will be synced to Playbooks automatically, users will only need to update their email connection to new mailboxes.
Note: If you want a user to have 2 accounts in Playbooks simultaneously, the user need to have 2 different accounts in CRM as well (for synchronization to work properly). Also, both accounts need to be connected to CRM.
