Overview
When you attempt to add new Records (I.E. Leads) from Microsoft Dynamics into Playbooks, they are not added properly - after adding a record and trying to open it, you see the message that this person was never added to Playbooks or their record has been removed.
Solution
If you are not able to enroll properly records from Playbooks, make sure you are the owner of the record in Dynamics. If you are not the owner, Assign a record to a user or team.
If the problem continues after you confirmed that you are the owner, then you need to turn off Monitor Ownership Changes option as a manager, by completing the following steps:
- Open the Playbooks Manager Application.
- Click on the Teams tab, click on the vertical ellipsis button (three dots) next to the required team and select Edit.
- Unmark the Monitor Ownership Changes at the bottom of the page.
- Click Save.
