Overview
You may need to remove records from a play for yourself or a sales rep (e.g., who has left the company), to get rid of the past due tasks.
Solution
There are two possible ways to do it:
- Remove the records in bulk via the Playbooks extension.
- Enable the Monitor Ownership Changes option for the team to get records (which are reassigned to another person in CRM) removed automatically from Playbooks, this will unenroll records from the rep to which they are assigned in Playbooks.
