Overview

You may see an alert on the Trophy Icon, and your team scores may not be showing. Clicking that alert shows you an error message: "Playbooks is having trouble retrieving your rank and score, this information will be updated as soon as it is available".

Solution

If you see the above issue, you should raise a support request.
