Contact was not Enrolled in Playbooks

Overview

When attempting to add contacts it looks successful, however, when clicking the "Done" button, system advises that the contact was not enrolled in playbooks. The "Add to Playbooks" button remains and does not disappear as it would if the contact was enrolled.

Solution

Contact CRM admin to check that you are the record owner. You need to be the record owner to avoid importing errors in Playbooks. Depending on the CRM you are using, please make sure you are the owner of the record.
