Assign Recently Added Records to a Play

Overview

You might want to assign recently added records to a Play. This might happen if:

  • You have skipped the assignment
  • You would like to reassign records.

Solution

if you still have your report or list view of records you want to assign in CRM you can use it to add the same list you've uploaded before or you will need to find the records in your CRM again. Playbooks will tell you that the records are already in Playbooks but give you the option to mass assign them all to a play.
